HOW WE TACKLED THE BRIEF GIVEN TO US
Brief
The primary objective was to create a vibrant, modern, and fully responsive web platform for Tana Russet Plaza, Port Vila’s premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The project required designing an all-in-one digital hub that accurately reflects the plaza’s lively physical atmosphere while offering seamless functionality for visitors. Pacific Digital was tasked with structuring an intuitive user interface that cleanly highlights the mall’s diverse offerings—including its variety of over 20 retail stores and brands, a bustling food court, lifestyle services like Sable Blanc L’institut, and the popular Tana Cine cinema. The goal was to provide a frictionless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, allowing locals and tourists alike to effortlessly explore store directories, check out restaurant choices, and find cinema showtimes.
Results
The final launch successfully delivered a highly engaging, speed-optimized web platform that transforms how consumers interact with the plaza online. Featuring a fluid, responsive layout, the site uses striking visual blocks, localized hero banners, and a clean corporate directory structure to showcase available brands and upcoming entertainment. By integrating user-friendly navigation and clear, distinct sections for shopping, dining, and movies, we significantly enhanced user engagement and lowered mobile bounce rates. The resulting platform perfectly elevates Tana Russet Plaza’s brand identity, giving the community an easy, cross-device pathway to explore the mall’s services, plan their visits, and stay updated on the latest blockbuster releases at Tana Cine.
